Directions

- Via 1-85 North: Take the ramp on the left towards Burlington/Durham
- Merge onto NC-147 S. (exit 172)
- Take Swift Ave. exit (exit number 14) towards Duke University East Campus
- Turn left onto Swift Ave.
- Turn right onto Main Street
- Turn left onto Campus Dr. (the main entrance of East campus)
From Richmond and Points North
- Via I-85 South: In Durham
- Take the US-460 W/Durham Atlanta exit (exit 51)
- Take Duke St./Gregson St exit (exit number 176B)
- Turn left onto Duke St - Stay in the far right lane
- Duke St will turn into Gregson St.
- As you are coming to the second traffic light, for right
- Merge onto Club Blvd.
- Turn left onto Broad St.
- Broad St becomes Swift Ave.
- Turn left onto Main Street
- Turn left onto Campus Drive (the main entrance to East Campus)
From RDU Airport, Raleigh and Points East
- Via I-40 West: Stay in one of the two far right lanes
- Take exit number 279B(Durham/Downtown)
- This should allow you to merge onto NC-147N (Durham Freeway)
- Take the Swift Ave. exit (exit number 14) towards Duke University's East Campus
- Turn right onto Swift Ave.
- Turn right onto Main St.
- Turn left onto Campus Dr. (the main entrance to East Campus)
From Chapel Hill
- Via US. 15-501 North.
- Take 15-501 North to exit 105A towards I-85/Durham/Downtown/Duke University's/Med
- Merge onto US-15 BYP N/US-501 BYP N.
- Take the NC-147 S exit (exit number 108B)
- Take the Swift Ave. exit (exit number 14) towards Duke University East Campus
- Turn left onto Swift Ave.
- Turn right onto Main St.
- Turn left onto Campus Drive (the main entrance to East Campus).
