Overview
Expertise in legal and policy issues with regard to gifted education at the federal, state, and local levels--particularly around how such policies contribute to beneficial academic, social-emotional, and behavioral outcomes for traditionally underserved gifted students. Other research interests include education reform, curriculum development, and teacher preparation.
