Classroom-based research and reflection to promote the development of inquiry-oriented teachers. Students complete edTPA performance-based portfolio assessment, designed with a focus on student learning and principles from research and theory, and focused on meeting the diverse needs of learners in the K-12 classroom. Portfolio includes artifacts covering three dimensions (planning, instruction, and assessment) as well as extensive written commentaries that explain, analyze, and reflect on their practice.
