Program in EducationThis research project evolved from the Program in Education’s partnership with Shiv Nadar University in India. The researchers plan to conduct a comparative study of K-12 education in India and the U.S. In the first phase of the project the researchers will identify the similarities and difference of two major pieces of K-12 legislation, the Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE) in India and No Child Left Behind 2001 (NCLB).
